Bluebridge Homes’ Clerk of Works service helps to identify defects during build and ensures that your project is being built to the highest quality standards. We provide a report, at predetermined intervals during the build, to highlight any areas of improvement and also provide assurance that quality standards are being met. Bluebridge Homes provide you with a dedicated Clerk of Works who will attend site to inspect works in progress, checking that:
